    Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

     Please read these Terms and Condition before placing an order from Jemma Pearson’s website.

    By placing an order it is deemed that you have read and accepted to these Terms and Conditions.

    Jemma Pearson reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

     

    Orders and Prices

    Jemma Pearson Website uses Google Checkout for its online purchasing system.

    All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling and are subject to the relevant sales tax in the country of purchase.

    Jemma Pearson Website reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

     

    Delivery

    All orders for available stock will be delivered within 10 days. Orders for sculptures to be cast will be delivered within 8 weeks.

    The preferred carrier for dispatches is Fedex.

     

    Cancellation

    Any order may be cancelled provided that notification is made by email to jemma@jemmapearson.com or by telephone to +441588640436 within 7 days of receipt of the artworks.

     

    Returns

    If, on receipt, any artworks are not to the customer’s complete satisfaction, the customer may return the artwork and a refund shall be made, less any cost of administration and delivery.

    Returns should be packaged with the original packaging and to the same level of protection afforded by the original packaging.

    The cost of return is to be borne by the customer.
